Questions

Do I need an account to read a free report?
No. Free reports and the free part of paid reports are open to everyone. An account is needed to buy a report and to keep it in your library.
What do I get when I buy a report?
The full edition of that report, to read in your library on this account. Corrections published to the edition appear there too.
What happens when a report stops being sold?
A report you bought stays in your library and remains readable, unless it is withdrawn for a reason the editorial team explains.
Are the sources and further reading included?
The links lead to the publishers' own sites. Where a source is paid, that is separate from Solviz.
What happens to unlocks I do not use?
They expire with the month unless the plan says they roll over once; the pricing card says which. The reports you unlocked never expire.
What if I cancel the plan?
Your plan ends on its renewal date, with no further charge. Reports you unlocked stay in your library; unused unlocks end with the plan.
Is every report in the plan?
Every paid report unless it is marked as sold separately on its page. A report you already own never costs an unlock.
Can I get a refund?
The purchase terms say what applies, and the contact page is the way to ask.
